The VIZBL Group has a very strict policy regarding the products that may be displayed on the Platform. All products must comply with all laws and regulations and this Prohibited Products Policy.
We strive to make the products of our Platform safe and trustworthy. The following products are prohibited from posting on the Platform:
- illegal products;
- stolen or counterfeit goods;
- second-hand goods, with the exception of genuine vintage and antiques;
- recalled or defective goods;
- weapons;
- products using the name or brand of a company or designer in the title or description, unless those products were legally produced or authorized by the said company or designer;
- products that infringe IP rights or the personal rights of others;
- ivory or other endangered materials;
- products that contain offensive, obscene, violent or inappropriate content in product names, descriptions, logos or images, including:
- profanity or symbols and signs that represent profanity;
- pornographic and sexually explicit materials;
- promoting or portraying illegal activities;
- propaganda or depiction of violence against others or oneself;
- promoting or portraying hatred, intolerance, violence, ridicule, bigotry towards a group of people, or promoting organizations that promote such views (for example, Nazi memorabilia);
- encouraging or depicting animal cruelty.
In addition, unless expressly approved by Vizbl in writing, the following products, services, listings, campaigns, or content are prohibited or restricted:
- firearm accessories, ammunition, explosives, tactical weapons, self-defense weapons, or products designed to cause harm;
- controlled substances, recreational drugs, drug paraphernalia, tobacco, nicotine products, vapes, or similar regulated products;
- prescription drugs, medical devices, supplements, wellness products, or health-related products that make unverified, misleading, regulated, or therapeutic claims;
- financial products, credit products, investment offerings, crypto products, money transmission products, gambling, betting, sweepstakes, or lottery-related products;
- adult products, sexually explicit goods, or products primarily intended for sexual stimulation;
- surveillance tools, spyware, malware, hacking tools, circumvention tools, or products designed to bypass security controls;
- products that are unsafe, defective, recalled, mislabeled, counterfeit, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful;
- products or listings that make deceptive, unsubstantiated, unsafe, or misleading claims regarding performance, safety, origin, materials, environmental impact, health benefits, or regulatory approval.
You are solely responsible for all products, services, listings, campaigns, images, descriptions, 3D models, AR assets, and other content that you post, upload, process, publish, advertise, or make available through the Platform, and for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, platform rules, and third-party rights governing their sale, distribution, advertising, and display.
All products and related content must comply with this Policy at all times. Vizbl may, in its sole discretion and without liability, reject, remove, disable, restrict, suspend, or delete any product, listing, content, output, model, visualization, campaign, or account that Vizbl believes may violate this Policy, applicable law, third-party rights, platform requirements, payment processor requirements, app store requirements, or Vizbl’s legal, operational, reputational, or safety standards.
